The radiocapitellar line is a line drawn along the longitudinal axis of the proximal radius. Normally the line passes through the capitellum. If it does not, there is radiocapitellar dislocation.
A normal radiocapitellar line is demonstrated in the first radiographs. Note the abnormal dislocation on the last radiograph.
